About Me

Teaching has always been more than a profession for me — it has been a lifelong commitment to student growth and academic responsibility. I began my career as a Computer Subjects faculty and moved from Guntur to Hyderabad with the intention of advancing in the software field. However, due to the absence of proper guidance at a crucial stage, I chose to continue in education — an area where my true strength and passion always existed.

Since the early 2000s, I have closely observed how our education system gradually shifted toward a largely result-driven and corporate-oriented structure. While working in small colleges as well as reputed corporate institutions, and contributing to academic administration, study material development, and question paper preparation for EAMCET, JEE Main, and JEE Advanced, one concern repeatedly stood out:

Why do even academically strong Class X students struggle with basic concepts when they enter competitive exams?

My experience teaching high-school students through personal tuitions revealed the answer. Students are motivated and capable, but often lack structured guidance and strong foundational learning, especially in Mathematics, where fear develops when clarity is missing.

This realization led me in 2017 to focus on home tuitions, IIT Foundation programs, IMO preparation, and concept-based teaching. During the COVID period, I also guided students online across different states and countries, strengthening my belief that meaningful learning depends more on guidance and mentorship than on location.

In 2023, this journey took shape as YVR Masters Academy, founded with a clear mission: to strengthen fundamentals, build confidence, and prepare students to face academic and competitive challenges with clarity and discipline.

Today, many of my students are studying in IITs, NITs, BITS, and other reputed institutions. More importantly, they have learned to approach education — especially Mathematics — with confidence instead of fear.

On the request and continued support of parents, YVR Masters Academy extends learning beyond classrooms. I personally come to your homes, sit with your children, understand their learning gaps, and guide them step by step — ensuring clarity, discipline, and confidence in their studies.
